A very interesting Novel is ‘The Solitude Of Prime Numbers’, by Paolo Giordano.
It talks about the story of Mattia and Alice, who both have some serious personal problems, and about how their relationship grows in time.
I really appreciated how the author was able to continuatively switch points of view and put himself into the characters’ shoes. The story is told alternatively from the perspectives of Mattia and Alice, which makes it very interesting to read. In fact, this book is really able to catch the reader’s attention: there were moments I just couldn’t stop going on reading it.
I also appreciate the background of the story: Mattia is a mathematician and the author, sometimes, gives some details about his work. Paolo Giordano, in fact, has a degree in theoretical physics, and this was his debut novel, which rescued a lot of success all over the world.
To sum up, I really recommend this novel to everyone, as it will pique your curiosity a lot.
